Wetland Potential Layer Wetland Potential LayerThis nationally consistent, raster-based product used a combination of wetland-related data and modeling methods to determine how likely an area was to be a wetland. The data was produced as part of the C-CAP 2011 update cycle and included the available the National Wetland Inventory (NWI), Soil Survey Geographic (SSURGO) database, National Hydrography Dataset (NHD), National Elevation Dataset (NED), and Landsat Satellite Imagery available at that time.
