C-CAP Salt Marsh Habitat C-CAP Salt Marsh HabitatThese nationally consistent marsh habitat data products provide a level of spatial and thematic detail not available in standard C-CAP land cover mapping. In the select geographies included, areas identified as salt marsh and estuarine wetlands have been mapped down to a species level. These data have been produced in partnership with state agencies and several of NOAA’s National Estuarine Research Reserves (NERRs). They can provide detailed mapping that can inform ongoing monitoring and/or impacts due to sea level rise through time.
